ALSO IDK THE CALORIES ON THIS SO IF U R TRYNA CUT PLS DONT EAT THIS COS IM P SURE MAYO AND CHEESE AND MAC IS GON HAVE THE OPPOSITE EFFECT

Edit: ballpark figure is 300-400 cals depending on how much of the ingredients u put cos i eyeballed it HAHAHHA

Previously posted about bulking and recently I created a new recipe because I had leftover macaroni from chicken macaroni soup (my sis cooked and it was so yums)…

I needed protein and quick but i hate protein powder so i resorted to eggs and tofu and chicken.. so heres a quick recipe i tried for my breakfast cos I was lazy to toast bread before work◡̈

We shall call it “Bloss’s spicy Mac and Egg Mayo” hopefully this hasnt been done before p sure it is but i did not do research it jus came to me one night cos i love egg mayo and spice

🍳Ingredients:

2 Hard Boiled Eggs

1 cheese wedge (laughing cow brand)??

kewpie mayo

Macaroni (boiled and chilled?)

Condiment of choice (can use black pepper or chilli flakes)

I bought ichiran ramen and chilli from japan and i love it so thats why its here◡̈
