HOW KICKBOXING CHANGED MY LIFE 🥊

kickboxing has honestly changed my life in so many ways. It’s crazy how much i look forward to it & how it has changed my views on working out.

the body recomposition i have gone through since I started this a couple months ago has truly made me my most confident self ever.

it gives me a routine and it’s something that is strictly mine. my husband does not come to class with me so i truly feel every workout is for me.

the community at my gym is the most uplifting place ever, its a breath of fresh air when i walk in and see all my friends
