I gained over 100lbs during pregnancy 😳

TRANSPARENCY POST ✨

I started off at 167lbs and right before I gave birth I was 270. During pregnancy I found out I had hypothyroidism which cause my metabolism to slow down.

I truly believe we are called on our own journey and the destination to our growth doesn’t ever look the same. & this just so happened to be mine. I always struggled with my weight and I finally got to a point where health was prioritized. I use to think it was by some miracle I was able to get to a size I felt COMFORTABLE in…but here I am doing it AGAIN.

I’ve learned ⤵️

• if i did it once i can do it again

•mental plays a key in weight loss

•I’m capable of doing more than I give myself credit for

•it’s only the beginning

•I’m that girl 💅

It hasn’t been easy but been amazing to see where I’ve come from. I can’t wait to check in with y’all 1 year postpartum 😏

Luxury looks different, but for me, to be able to focus on my healing journey while being a full time mom, wife and manager …that is my luxury.
