Ingredients:

◦ 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

◦ 2 cups heavy cream

◦ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

◦ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

◦ 3 cloves garlic, minced

◦ 1 onion, thinly sliced

◦ 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

◦ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

◦ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

◦ 1 teaspoon salt

◦ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

◦ 1/2 teaspoon paprika

◦ Fresh chives, chopped for garnish

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.

3. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and add salt, pepper, and paprika.

4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potato slices. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.

5. Sprinkle half of the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, and half of the bacon crumbles.

6. Repeat with another layer of potatoes, cream mixture, cheeses, and bacon.

7. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

8. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
