Hawaiian POG Mocktail for summer!

The POG mocktail because I REALLY want to go to Hawaii and swim with sea turtles.

While in San Diego a few months ago I had a POG flavored drink and didn’t know what it was, but thought it was delicious. Around the same time my acupuncturist ( @onyxacu )had gone to Hawaii and said POG drinks were huge there, so of course I had to make it!

Also, if you want a cocktail version, I basically forced @yellowbellykelly to make it because I knew she would make it look insanely gorgeous. She did not disappoint.

This would also be a phenomenal drink to make a batch of for a party since it is equal parts orange juice, guava juice, and passion fruit juice. Then you just top with sparkling water! I of course added in some fresh passion fruit and coconut cream, but it’s absolutely delicious without as well!

Recipe:

1 oz. orange juice (I made some in my juicer)

1 oz. guava juice

1 oz. passion fruit juice

1 passion fruit

Sparkling water

1 oz. coconut cream

Combine orange, passion fruit, and guava juice with 1 passion fruit. Pour over ice and add an equal amount of sparkling water. Float the coconut cream on top with more passion fruit and enjoy!
