Here are some tips on how to progress and do a full push upšŸ¤«

āš ļø Always warm up your wrist! This helps with wrist strength and mobility and can prevent injury or strain in the joints.

1. First, start with wall pushups. Stand with your palms forward and inline with your chest. Think about pushing open a heavy door. Go for 3 sets of 20. High reps will help you get used to proper form and help build strength eventually.

2. Over time, begin to lower your incline. Try using a bench or any safe platform. Once youā€™re able to properly complete 3 sets of 10, lower your incline again and perform kneeling pushups on the floor. Negative pushups here mean lowering yourself slowly until your chest hits the floor and then press up using the knees for support.

3. The 3rd one is the one that has helped me the most! Continue this way until you can press yourself up without using the knees.

Be consistent and patient with the progress. Pushups can be a challenge but with practice, you will get there! šŸ”„šŸ’¦
