my spin essentials 🚴🏻‍♀️

10 years into spin and now a month into being a cycle instructor, I’ve learned a lot about what essentials you need for spin class. These are purely recommendations based on my experience but this is from things I’ve learned along the way and mistakes I’ve made 🫡 if you have any other questions about spin or indoor cycle, I would love to help! Other essentials I’d add:

- a towel

- long leggings or longer bike shorts

- high impact sports bra

- cropped top or longline sports bra (shirts can easily get caught on the seat!)
