bringing back baked oats and dessert for breakfast with this recipe!
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp peanut powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp apple sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
optional: 1 serving vanilla protein powder
1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
blend oatmeal, peanut powder, baking powder, almond milk, apple sauce, maple syrup, and protein powder. you should get a smooth batter. if you use protein powder, you may have add more milk to get a thinner batter. pour batter into a greased, oven safe ramekin. mix in chocolate chips and add more to the top. bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. let cool slightly before enjoying.
