healthy breakfast cookies for those of you who don’t have time to make breakfast in the morning!!! 🍪
these have all the good things: whole grains, protein, healthy fats, and fruit! i recommend having two of these for breakfast or pairing one with some greek yogurt
recipe:
makes 8
2 bananas
1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
1/4 cup nut butter (64g)
2 cups oatmeal (200g)
2 servings vanilla protein powder (60g)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
mash bananas in a medium bowl. add in the maple syrup, nut butter, oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder. fold in the chocolate chips. scoop 1/4 cup (2oz) of dough onto a tray and flatten into cookies. bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes. let cool and enjoy!!
