🌻eating breakfast while watching Dr. Rachel Southard

🌻my to-do list for the day (didn’t get the laundry done🥲)

🌻flash cards for my MA (medical assistant) course but I ended up finishing reviewing them online

🌻lunch (naan, butter chicken, asian caesar salad)

🌻dinner (basmati rice with jollof sauce from the local store, tastes great btw, and some more butter chicken)

i also spent some of my day watching more med student vlogs (mainly M4’s/PGY-0’s who are about to start residency/just started!! it’s really encouraging for premeds like me and also great seeing how far they’ve come! i’m so excited for them!

i also spent some time trying to find tips and tricks on posting more on social media (in terms of premed content)
