EYEBROW THREADING AT RAFFLES PLACE

I have been feeling too lazy to pluck my own brows these couple of weeks, thus decided to just get it threaded for a quick fix. My brows are generally pretty neat since I usually groom them myself every week.

I googled for some threading spots and found that Fix by Hairloom at The Arcade had quite a number of good reviews and best part was that it only costs $9!

They thread your entire face, depending on what you need, they are priced from $2 onwards which is pretty cheap as compared to other places. Threading used to be only $5… 😞

Oh well. Anyway, it was not that painful, the lady was quite thorough. My brow shape didn’t change much which I was worried that it would turn out too thin bc it sounded like the thread was plucking my entire brow off HAHHAHAHAH but thankfully not! She even helped me to pluck out the ingrown hairs 🙂

The place was also so vintage looking, reminding me of how most hair salons used to look?! The choice of music was also very olden style and cha cha vibes LOLOL. I walked in this time, but I heard from her that sometimes they might get facial appointments so it’s better to call in advance.
