amazing steak & lamb shank 🥩🥹

Burpple deals are usually a hit or miss, THIS WAS A COMPLETE HIT. It hit me in all the right spots 👌🏻🤌🏻

Sous Vide Ribeye ($33)

JUICY, TENDER, FLAVOURFUL. Steaks with a good crust are THE BEST! Cooked to medium perfectly, this was one of the better steaks I’ve had this year. Served with a yuzu jam - which is very interesting. The combination tasted like a sweet & savoury food, which is not rly my thing so I didn’t dip into the sauce much HAHA. But the steak was really ughhh so damn good!!!

Classic Lamb Shank ($28)

The lamb was so tender, fell right off the bone. Imagine the sauce to be like the meatball sauce from IKEA, so yum! The meat wasn’t gamey, it had a nice Smokey flavour - even my friend that doesn’t fancy lamb, enjoyed it. The mash was rly good too!

For the burpple deal, you have to order a Main dish + Mocktail, in which this meal was only $50. The kick tail was okok only, but still very worth the amount paid for the food’s quality!
