Today, I visited this Japanese ramen restaurant with a high rating of 4.07. It's located in Manhattan's West Village, making it a conveniently accessible place overall. If you happen to be passing by and craving a bowl of ramen, this place is a great choice. However, be prepared for potential queues during peak dining times, as they don't accept reservations.

I opted for their most classic signature ramen. What sets this ramen apart is its incredibly rich broth, to the point where it's almost a bit thick and chunky. While many people recommend this place precisely because of its rich broth, I personally found it a bit heavy on the palate. Nonetheless, the portion size is quite generous, including Chicken broth, Ground pork, and a piece of Cha-shu pork. In fact, I felt like it's almost too much for one person to finish, and you might end up feeling really full after eating it, so it offers good value for the price.
