You can enjoy authentic and delicious dim sum even in midtown! You don't have to travel long distances to Chinatown or Flushing to eat them! This restaurant is located near the center of the universe at 34th street. All of their staff speak Cantonese, so you know it's an authentic restaurant. It was recommended to me by my Guangdong friends.

🐷 BBQ Pork Buns

These pork buns are a must-order dish for dim sum! The dough is made from fermented flour and is thick and soft. The BBQ filling inside is sweet and savory. The filling-to-dough ratio is about 1:2, so it doesn't feel too greasy or sweet.

🍤 Salt & Pepper Jumbo Shrimp

After frying the jumbo shrimp, they are seasoned with salt and pepper. The shape of the shrimp is perfect, and it can stand on the table.

🥟 Bamboo Shoot Dumpling

This is a dish that my Guangdong friends really like. The filling is made of bamboo shoots, and you can taste the crispy texture of the bamboo. The soft and chewy skin is not like ordinary dumpling skin.

Pineapple fried rice has always been my favorite dish. It tastes sour and sweet, and it's very appetizing!
