Birria Leftovers

My daughter made #birria tacos for dinner last night, tonight we made Birria noods!! And they were delicious!!!

We purchased a chuck roast and already made Birria sauce in the jar from @Kroger. Seasoned it up, cooked in crock pot about 2 hrs into cooking added the sauce to let finish cooking and marinate. Used some beef broth to thin out to our liking.

For my noods, I did an Asian Texmex flare. I added eggs , bokchoy, cilantro , and red onions to a pack of ramen noodles without the sauce pk. Then added some of the leftover Birria and sauce. #chefskiss
