VT Cosmetics' Reedle shot hurts like hell?!?

We're steering away from pet posts for a bit, and going towards skincare for today!

As someone with troubled skin (so prone to clogging and acne 😭), I'm always looking for new products to help my skin.

l've been hearing so much about VT Cosmetics' Reedle shot all over social media and I finally tried it (just yesterday!)

To summarize, it's like 'microneedling in a bottle', and it helps your skin in regenerating itself. Some people have been saying that it hurts when they apply it and even after application!!

It comes in different 'concentrations' so I opted to try the lowest one first - Reedle Shot 50.

💭Thoughts:

-It was easy to apply, just like you would apply a serum on your face.

-Was it painful? I would rate it a 0.1/10. Was expecting to feel a lot more based on online reviews but it just kinda feels like when you apply a low concentration acid on your face (like chemical exfoliators). I also only felt it on certain areas of my face. I have slightly sensitive skin so I would reckon that people with non-sensitive skin might not even feel it. The pain was really manageable! (almost nothing, even)

-I applied it as I was feeling a bit of texture on my face recently. My pores were a little clogged from a mask I forgot to wash off few days ago 😭 After applying the Reedle shot 50 at night, I woke up to smoother and actually plumper skin in the morning, IT'S LIKE MAGIC 🪄

-I'm now looking forward to level up and try the Reedle Shot 100! Hoping it would make my face feel even better!

📍Recommendation for: people with textured skin and also those who want their skin to feel more plump. Heard it helps for acne as well! It did calm down the spots I had on my face as well ❤️

Where to buy: I bought it on shopee but I got the trial version first just in case I reacted badly to it.

I will try out the Reedle Shot 100 next! Will post a review if people are interested 🙂
