Did I change or did Forever21 ?

I couldn't remember the last time I went in Forever21 so I decided to pop in and check out what's in with them, I was so disappointed. The choices , the vibe and the quality of everything was very questionable . So the real main questions were , was it always kinda like this and my standards of clothing got better over time or did the overall quality of Forever21 gone down?
