What you need:
▪️Premade salmon patty (we buy ours at Kroger a pack of 2 for $5) for the two of us we use one patty
▪️Rice of choice
▪️Sauce of choice
How To:
1. Cook your rice according to instructions
2. While rice is cooking put your salmon patties in a greased frying pan (we use olive oil) and cook until lightly browned. Using literally anything you want, break up the Patty and cook until they look edible to you (about 8 min total)
3. Put your rice in a bowl and add the crumbled salmon and top with choice of sauce (we like a drizzling of yum yum sauce or cilantro lime dressing)
➡️The whole thing takes 15-20 min⬅️
Tip: I have also made this (when my husband is traveling) with ready rice (microwave for 3 min) and it’s faster and a smaller portion for those whole hate to cook rice (or are just lazy like me lol)
