Does This Happen To Anyone Else?

Has this happens to anyone else with the ELF Halo Glow Wands? I have inky very used the contour one (shown) but my last tube also did this.

So much wasted product and time cleaning both the wand and cap just to have it happen again within a week (and I do not use daily)

Any tips on why this happens or how to avoid it?

Also thinking of going back to Charlotte Tilbury as I didn’t have as much of a problem with it. My friends who at CT fans…do you have the same problem? Is it just a bad applicator design?
