3 INGREDIENT 🍓STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE COOKIE CUPS

This is SOOOOO good! Slice sugar cookie dough and place in a muffin tin. Bake @ 350 for 11-14 minutes until lightly browned. Immediately use shot glass to make shallow indentation in center of each cookie cup. Cool for 10 minutes. Run the knife around edges of the cups to loosen from pan. Remove from pan to wire racks and cool completely for 20 minutes.

Add whipped cream, sliced strawberries, more whipped cream and more strawberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
