NO PEEK CHICKEN 👀👀👀👀🩷

Just dump, pound, sprinkle, bake and serve! It’s the PERFECT easy dinner for all those crazy busy days when your tank is running towards empty…. Trust me, I know the feeling and I got YOU!

NO PEEK CHICKEN

Add 2 Cups Instant Rice, (2) 10.5 oz Cans Cream of Chicken Soup, and 1 Can of Water to a 13 x 9 baking dish.

Cut 2-3 Chicken Breasts into smaller pieces. Season chicken with your favorite Salt-Free Seasoning (I used Salt-Free Lemon Pepper). Pound that Chicken with a Meat Tenderizer and place in baking dish.

Sprinkle 1/2 Packet of *Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix* evenly on Chicken.

Top with Broccoli (optional, I had some extra in the fridge) and a Few Cups of Shredded Cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. GO get some chores done and take a breather while you’re waiting - that one hour goes by fast and you will feel SO much better!

Uncover and Broil for about 2-4 minutes, until Cheese is Golden Brown. Enjoy this wonderful family meal, from my kitchen to yours. #recipesoflemon8 #dinner
