Easy dinners this week

Made Mediterranean bowls last night! They were tasty and super simple to make. Take a peek at the second pic for some more easy dinner ideas. I prefer to grocery shop on Sundays, come home and put away all the groceries, and then just take a minute to write down what dinners we can make that week.

That way, any night of the week it just takes a minute to glance at the dinner sheet and pick which one works best based on the time we have that night.
