Did you know that we are ALL Psychic?

When I started my Intuitive Healing journey 7 years ago, I had NO IDEA that it was even possible to use my psychic abilities. Let alone, guide others to strengthen their own Intuitive abilities! It all starts with taking the first step. These are tips I wish I would’ve known when I started learning about clairvoyance and tools that I still use today.

🍋Take 5 minutes to GROUND. Yes, close your eyes, feel your connection to the beautiful and strong Mother Earth beneath your feet. Take a deep breath, and exhale whatever is causing dis-ease in your life right now. Let the Earth beneath you draw this energy from you and heal it. This helps with bringing more clarity into your daily experience #lemon8meditate is key.

🍋When things feel like they’re going completely wrong. STOP, acknowledge what comes up, and treat yourself with compassion. Connecting to the vibration of love is an amazing way to empower your gifts.

🍋Let go of expectations. When we start to overthink what we want to happen, it ends up clouding our judgement and takes away the fun from what all of this is! We are creating, we are playing, we are using our imagination. This vibration is the highest form used to tap into your intuition.

🍋 Have fun! It takes time to strengthen your Intuition and to start using your clairvoyant abilities intentionally. Stay open and enjoy the ride.
