Zone 2 running 25th Oct!!!

Zone 2 today! Not feeling totally good today but still managed to squeeze up a 10km Zone 2 run. Splits looking negatively. Hoping to improve in the coming weeks.

Final mileage of the week at 45km before the rest of the weekends and continue next week.

Shoes reaching its limits as well. Time for a change?
