• 1/2 serving blueberries (any store)
Lunch:
• 1 1/2 serving ground beef (any store)
• 2 servings riced cauliflower story fry (Trader Joe’s)
• 1 serving teriyaki sauce - your fav kind (any store)
• sparkling ICE (target or any chain store)
Snack:
• 1 serving cottage cheese with ranch seasoning powder - makes it taste like ranch dressing (Costco)
• .67 serving carrots - dip into cottage cheese
• 1 serving applewood smoked ham (Trader Joe’s)
Dinner:
• 1.67 serving fresh chicken tenders (Costco)
• 1 serving frozen veggie blend (Costco)
• 1 serving russet potato (any store)
• 1/2 serving chick-fil-a sauce (target)
Bedtime snack:
• cheese stick (any store)
• edamame (Trader Joe’s)
• 1/2 serving almonds (Trader Joe’s)
• 1 serving milk chocolate chips (any store)
