Do you play VR Games?

The Ocolus Quest 2 is a fun time, but it still doesn't hook me the way my other gaming systems do. The games just aren't there yet.

They are fun for short bursts but don't have the longevity that my Xbox games or Nintendo

Switch games do. Video Games are next level at this point and I'm just waiting for the moment where they actually figure this out.

However, I realized there might not be "a moment." The technology has already improved to where the this is a sustainable financial investment. Also with the preparations of Meta it is not just being considered as a gaming technology which much of early VR was.

I have a friend who works for meta and they use VR to attend meetings. Which is absolutely wild to me! So how will this be billed in the future? Will the video game concept come secondary to the rest of VR usage. It certainly looks like it.

There definitely are some hits that are being established in games like Superhot and Beat Saber. However I've tried many games that attempt to do RPG genre in VR and non of them have the capacity to compete with some of the best Non-VR games.
