Wellness practices that are free

I am a huge wellness girlie, obviously we know this. However sometimes it can get overwhelming to constantly be trying the next big thing when reality wellness should be simple. Yes some things do cost money but I dont think we should always go searching for new products to make us feel well. I think wellness comes from somewhere deeper.

So go to a coffee shop alone and spend some time with yourself on a regular basis to support the relationship you have with you.

Go outside everyday and let nature heal parts of you. Bonus points in you can get a little exercise in while you are outside.

And finally implement routines that don't cost anything. Like Journaling and meditating. They are the most amazing and effective wellness practices and they are completely free.
