HOW TO ORDER MATCHA

We all know Matcha is better for you than coffee. Does this mean I only drink Matcha? No. Because balance right?! But when I do drink matcha it is usually when I go to a coffee shop because for some reason whenever I try to make matcha at home it just doesn't hit the same.

To make matcha extra special and hit a few wellness buckets for my day I like to order it like this...

16oz iced oat milk matcha sweetened with either:

honey (because its natural)

Agave (because its natural)

Sugar Free Vanilla (this isn't the best for you but when all else fails)

THEN:

If its avalible at this particular coffee shop I love to add some extra wellness power to my drink.

Ashwaganda which is great for stress, hormone health, anti-anxiety

Lions Mane

Reshi Mushroom

Collagen.

This gives it a power punch and it such a fun little treat.
