I have been on a mission the last 6 or so months to live from a place of peace. A big part of that has been learning how to regulate my nervous system in a way that I do not feel like I am constantly in fight of flight. Implementing small changes into my routine has allowed me to do this easily. Here are a few things that I continue to do on a regular basis to feel my best.

Low impact Workouts

I tried lifting weights, I tried doing HIIT and it never worked for me or my body. I always felt puffy, exhausted, stressed, and constantly worried while working out. When I believe that movement should be a way to releave stress and leave you feeling light and free. So about a year ago I began only doing low impact workouts and I have never felt better in my body.

Eliminate Toxicicity

I will no longer allow anything toxic in my life. Whether that is a job, a person, an activity, if it makes me feel icky and like I am not my best self I have learned to realize that its not for me. I have learned to leave it in the past and move forward from a place of peace.

NATURE

It wasn't until I moved to a big city that I realized how impactful nature is. Get into it at LEAST once a week.
