so I was recently listening to an episode of the Inspired Lady podcast where they talk all about lowering your cortisol levels in the morning to reduce stress and anxiety, and this is just been honestly, so life-changing for me, and I have absolutely loved reading all about lowering cortisol levels, and also trying out some new morning habits and these are what I have noticed the biggest difference on
Wake me up at a consistent time with a slow alarm has been so pivotal and not waking up like I am already in stressed out mode
I also find that some low impact movement in the morning help study my body and mind through for the rest of the day and it’s been so helpful
Lastly, updating my caffeine intake to later in the day and also focusing on drinking lots of water in the morning has helped a lot with my stress levels
