I wanna retire a little earlier than the average.

I am 25 years old and have about $12,000 in my Roth 401k right now. I make $65,000 right now with an entry level job in commercial wholesale insurance. My company matches 50% of what I contribute to my Roth 401k every paycheck. I currently contribute 10% of every paycheck to it and am open to being more aggressive soon once I get my student loans paid off, which is $3000. What would be a good goal amount to get to, by 25-26 years old considering I may want to retire a little earlier than the average person? Any comments/scenarios welcome. Thanks!
