Must Do Things in Marrakesh, Morocco

✨Eat one of my favorite foods ever - Tagine. Tagine is technically the dish that the food is cooked in but nonetheless, the meal can have chicken, beef, apricots and/or vegetables. I would highly recommend taking a Moroccan cooking class while you are there as well! The dish pictured was beef tagine with apricots, ~$12USD and was a 9.5/10.

🗺️ Visit Koutoubia - one of Marrakesh’s most recognizable monuments and one with the most interesting history. I would highly recommend taking a walking tour around the area. Although I am not permitted to enter the mosque, I was very content enjoying it from the outside.

💌 Get lost in the Medina - the Medina was one of the coolest things to go see in Marrakesh and is somewhere where the culture really shines through. Experience the art, food, culture and people as you walk these streets but be careful not to get lost - Google Maps only does so well.
