I am going to put you guys on something. For you girlies working a 9-5 like me, you know the struggle is 1. Getting up in the morning (I’m a night owl, NOT a morning person) & 2. Remembering to eat a good, healthy breakfast. Although this recipe technically only solves the latter, it’s so yummy that the craving will get you up in the morning, no doubt! All you’ll need is:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

½ cup of almond milk (or mile of choice)

1 teaspoon of honey (or other sweetener)

Any fruit you’d like for topping

It’s that simple. Put all of these ingredients into a mason jar, give it a good shake, let it sit for 10-20 minutes, then shake it again, and you’re all done! Store it in the fridge and it’ll last up to one week. When you’re ready to eat it, cut some strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, bananas or any other fruit and place it directly into the jar. 🍓🍌🥝 I also love adding almond butter and sometimes granola. Lastly, top it off with some more honey if you’d like. The best part is that since the pudding is in a mason jar, it is easily transportable. I take mine to work and eat it at the office around 10 a.m. or when I’m hungry. Sometimes I even eat it for lunch and I am pretty satisfied. 😋

Not only is this recipe super easy to make, it is SO healthy: benefits include better heart health, better weight management, reduced inflammation, improved digestion and detoxification, and better nutrient intake.
