COME RUN WITH ME IN NYC

Come Run 5 miles with me in New York City! I stopped running when I first moved here and have recently been trying to get more into it :) It can be intimidating running in the city since there are few outdoor trails but I have learned to make the most of it and now I actually prefer it over other common areas to run here like Central Park and Westside Highway!

Choose a route you like - I enjoy running up and down 5th Ave or Park Ave because I like the ambiance and it is less crowded than other pretty areas like Soho for example. I also have never felt unsafe which is a big plus! During the summer I prefer to run at night because it is not as hot or crowded.

Another tip is to pick up food along the way! It makes the run overall more fun and motivating.
