Made my grandmothers recipe of Boo Stew to celebrate Halloween! Boo Stew is basically Italian wedding soup with Halloween shaped pasta! I bought the pasta on Amazon and made my boo stew vegan with beyond meatballs and vegetable stock. I’m not a big chef but it turned out amazing and was really easy to make!
