My viral Pinterest inspired bday cake

This birthday cake went absolutely crazy on TikTok y’all. People were going crazy at the fact that I put whole lemons on my cake but I loved it and thought it turned out perfect. I’ve never seen a cake that looked like it before so I felt like my goal was accomplished.

One, I love lemons and two, every decor piece on cakes is not necessarily edible so even if you just like the aesthetic, it’s still a fun new idea. I thought about making the same cakes from Pinterest that I’ve seen 1 million times with your zodiac written across it (not that those aren’t super cute too) but when everyone is into something, that’s typically my que to try something new. I’ve been like that as long as I can remember and now I crave and love change and it helps me be really creative and try new things.

Also remember if you’re using baby’s breath with food, please wrap and take proper precautions because it is poisonous. I hope you’re inspired by this cake.
