RATING YOGA CLASSES!

Hello friends!! I recently went for a few yoga trial classes and I would like to share my experiences here and share how you can get FREE trials too!! I think these classes would be very helpful if you want to start yoga but don’t know which studio to join.

Trust Yoga Tampines (for the easties)

- At Income@tampines

- Get 2 free classes!!

- Inclusive instructors who are willing o help you with your poses and techniques

- Very easy process to register and enter

- Wouldn’t say it’s very pushy and they try to accommodate to your needs (and actually understand it)

- Attended 2 classes

1) Core Yoga

Honestly it was super intense cos there was barely any breaks and you just keep working you core. But I though it was pretty worth it since I prefer classes that are more efficient:)

2) Inversion Yoga

- Core yoga was INTENSE,, i’ve never felt this weak in a yoga class before..but frs tho, the women there are in their 30s,40s,50s but they are really friggin strong. Also, I really enjoyed this class, it was hype the instructor walked around to help us.

- The second lesson I attended was the inversion class! This class was super challenging to me as I did not know how to control my core and I legit cldnt balance.

Real Yoga Premium - Raffles City (for central babes)

- There’s other location too!

- Attended hatha yoga, the class was alright. I think it just doesn’t really appe to me cos it’s a little slow and I got bored after a while. So probs would not be going for another Hatha class.

- $350 for 10 classes (valid for 3 months)

- $350 for 1 month unlimited classes

- A little pushy, if you are sure you don’t want to commit after the trial lesson just outright say no or tell them to contact you again. If not they will give you a bunch of reasons why yoga is good and why you should attend their yoga lessons:”

- Hearsay next time their trial won’t be free…but nth is set in stone yet.

Hale Yoga Tanjong Pagar

- Class was carried out relatively well and she will walk around to help yo

- It was relatively beginner friendly so you can definitely join without background:))

Fitness First - Tampines (CPF building)

- Dynamic Yoga class

- You can also use the gym after your class!!

- The dynamic yoga class was very beginner friendly and the instructor would walk around to assist us and correct our formation!

- Also, they are currently having a promotion where you get to purchase 5 trial classes for $99!!
