Tomato Avocado Salad

Here is a simple recipe for a tomato avocado salad

- Avocado

- Cilantro

- Chopped purple onion

- 2 lime juice

- 2 Tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp sea salt

- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a medium salad bowl, combine sliced tomatoes, avocado, cilantro and chopped purple onion.

2. Drizzle with 2 lime juice, 2 Tbsp olive oil and season with 1 tsp sea salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper or season to taste.

3. Toss salad to coat with dressing and serve.
