I started my cheat day @ 21/11.. I've been eating what I want but still counting calories & sugar intake in my head!
Some of my dishes:
- bakso daging
- nasi goreng kampung pedas
- mi goreng daging seafood
- sup tomato daging seafood
- fruits
- pau tausa & pandan (almost everyday😅)
- cookies
*but I still priority DSS (suku suku separuh) diet
I also ve been drinking my favorite drink which is nescafe ice but made it with evaporated creamer (susu cair), less condensed milk (susu pekat). Should be called as Nescafe C Ice with 1 sudu susu pekat🤣!
28/11, i started IF 1 meal but still took cookies & candies
29/11, IF 2 meals with carb and cookies
30/11, IF 1 meal with a chicken floss bun (64.6kg)
P/S i still do workout but rarely coz too busy with my assignments & exam
