Redirection is not rejection 💭

Sometimes redirection is a gift. The healing journey is not always easy or linear, but keep pushing. Here’s an affirmation that may help you today:

I find myself frustrated with redirection and starting over. It makes you very aware of what’s lost but there’s is another part of this story - what is to be gained! I struggle with this ALOT on Mondays, so I’m trying to find a way to fix my ‘Monday Mindset’
