Each resume bullet point should be up to PAR meaning it includes a:

Problem you solved

Action you took

Result you drove

Using this formula helps ensure that your resume points aren't just a list of responsibilities, but that they show you are GREAT what you do.

For example, change this: Responsible for updating project plans for events annually.

To this: Increased community engagement by planning and executing 5 client events annually in collaboration with the Operations Team.
