Everyone talks about how hard long distance relationships are, but I think long distance friendships are just as hard (especially when it’s with the right person).

All of my closest friends live more than an hour away from me and with life being busy, sometimes you have to get creative and find a rhythm to make it feel like the miles between you don’t exist. The thing about friendships is that they require attention, love, and support just like any relationship to be healthy and thrive! ✨

So, for those who want to keep their long distance friendships alive, this one's for you! Here are some ways to show up, even when you can’t physically be there.

–Virtual dates: schedule a couple virtual dates where you both catch up, vent if you need to, and allow space for one another. With technology these days, we can still be together without actually being together.
