Have you used any of these?

While I love buying books like the rest of us.. sometimes it can get REALLY expensive, so here are the main ways I get books for free!

Netgalley: I’ve posed about NetGalley before, but I literally use it so much that I have to post about it again. I have been able to read some really popular books through there. Warning: it can be a bit slow to get started, but if you request books and review them eventually it will pick up for you (I currently have over 30 books in my netgalley shelf)

Bookishfirst: this was the first place I started getting books for free! Every Tuesday at bookishfirst.com they have raffles which you can enter through reading the excerpt posted and reviewing it. The only problem with bookishfirst is that they only have a couple books up for grabs every week but I’ve had some great reads through there.

Libby: this is how I listen to a majority of the audiobooks I listen to! While you sometimes have to be patient and place holds on books, I think it’s better than paying for a lot of audio books bc they can get really pricy! Plus I’m always looking to support my local library.

Everyday in my email, I get a list of free books tailored to the genres I like reading and it is AMAZING. The list includes links to where they are free, and a description of each book making it easy to pick and choose what I want to download.
