Reading Update: Last, Now Next

Last: I just finished The Grace Year and I loved it. Intense and interesting. Handmaid’s Tale meets Lord of the Flies type storyline.

Now: This book has a murder mystery theme and I felt that the beginning was slow to get to the premise. Currently feeling like this is a very complex book and I’m having a hard time keeping track of what exactly is happening.

Next: I’ve never read a book by Emily Henry before but always see great reviews! I thought this would be a good summer read.
