Hair Loss… I can’t be the only one suffering

My family suffers a long line of alopecia. My grandmother was butt booty bald except for her nape area. Her sisters were all the same way.. my mom suffers with thinning edges as well. Now that I think about it… I feel like they didn’t have alopecia, I think they burnt all their hair off… and my mama got me too. I think I suffer from chemical burns and I’ve been working on it since February❤️ of 2024. (It’s now October🎃 2024). But I do notices when I’m really stressed out that is where my hair tends to fall out. My hair is dirty in the second pics but I know you can still see the growth..

Really I’ve always off and on worked on it… I realized the hair actually will grow there a few years ago.

For a while I’ve been so embarrassed about my edges but now I don’t care. I’ve always needed help with this maybe I can help someone else.

Products I’ve used to also grow my hair since I start my locs May 2023.

ASIAM: Repair & Restore Jamaican Black Castor oil water

- I use this everyday after I take my hair out the bonnet

Extra Dark Jamaican Black Castor Oil

- I use this maybe 2-3 times a week

Bask & Lather: Edge Control

-I use this maybe 3 times a week, it actually isn’t bad for your hair. It has helped hair growth. I use on the opposite days I use the castor oil. Because with the oil my edges won’t stay

Got to be Glued

- I use this only when going out. And I only use it as a topper over my edge control just to hold.

I’ve also been taking prenatals for about 2 weeks
