$18 set lunch for your next date🍝

Once in awhile, my fiancé and I enjoy a nice meal together as a way to treat ourselves. We chanced upon Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar, which offers a 2-course set lunch for $18++ so we decided to check it out.

It’s located at Hotel G just minutes away from Rochor MRT Station. Atmosphere was chill and staff were polite☺️

We got both the offerings on the menu that day which was Beef Lasagna and Herd Crusted Butter Fillet. For starters, we went with the Creamy Pumpkin Soup and for dessert we got their Chocolate Raspberry Mousse.

The soup was creamy and smooth, albeit a little dilute. Beef lasagna was on the sour side but tasted good imo. The fillet had an interesting texture almost like a chicken and the sauce was refreshing! I ain’t a chocolate person so I only had 2 bites of the dessert. It had a rich chocolate flavour with a raspberry jam surprise inside😋

Overall, I’d rate it a 4/5. For the price, the taste and portions were pretty decent and I believe the ambience at night would be even better. If you’re looking for lunch/dinner date places, you should definitely check them out!
