I love using simple props that most people have at home like a foam roller to create fabulous workouts!

If you don’t have a roller, use a ball or anything similar that will create instability to fire up your core!

TIPS:

1. Breath with sound on exertion 🤫 helps take advantage of the natural contraction of the abdominal muscles on the exhale.

2. Lock in or brace the core. This strengthens the deep core muscles while we focus on other strengthening other muscles.

3. Think about the muscles contracting as you are working them. Recent studies have shown a greater increase in strength when we focus on the muscles that are working while we are training them! Crazy, right?!😲#lovethat
