Happy Sunday ✨ let’s make a pregnancy smoothie 😋

I can finally use my belly as a table 🙌🏼 I started making this smoothie this past week at 32w & it’s so delicious, I’m excited to be drinking it everyday!

RECIPE:

• 3-4 Medjool Dates

• handful of frozen strawberries & bananas

• spoonful of peanut butter

• almond milk (amount depends on desired thickness)

I’m going to increase to 6 dates a day in a couple of weeks, but I wanted to start out with just a few (mostly because dates are expensive af)
