Guatemala is one of the most under rated countries in central america!

There are mountains, beaches, volcanos, lakes, hiking and so many rich cultural experiences. My favorite place I stayed was Earth Lodge in Antigua, Guatemala. It was right above the city so you were near shops and restaurants but also far enough away to feel like you were at a nature retreat. I could spend the three days I was there investing in my health through daily yoga classes and sauna sessions.
