Living Room Details

My living room is technically a den, so I leaned into its cave like atmosphere with a deep green paint color, and layers of vintage decor to keep it feeling cozy!

To balance out the moody Green Smoke by Farrow & Ball on the walls, I chose a powder blue sectional from Interior Define, a bright pink antique Turkish rug, and a tonal green chair from West Elm found off Marketplace. I like to balance out dark paint colors with a lift of softer & brighter elements to keep the room from becoming too bland or overwhelming.

The years of collecting vintage art and decor have allowed me to create a unique and eclectic space. There is not a better way to make a room feel cozy than by layering in details that display your own personality. Nothing has much rhyme or reason in here, yet everything goes together so well. I don’t design my home for other people, so it all comes together perfectly because I only buy things that feel like a good representation of my family and me!

This room resonates with an eclectic mix of textures and colors, blending together effortlessly. This is where my family spends most of our time, and I love this cozy space we have made!
